Preheat the oven to 200°C
Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
Cream together the butter, sugars and vanilla essence. Add the eggs to the butter mixture, one by one, mixing in between each egg.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
Add in the chocolate chunks and combine.
Roll the dough into bite size balls and place onto a well greased baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool down before placing them in a air tight container.
