This rich decadent treat is so easy to make and to make it even better; It can be made ahead of time and you have endless flavor options since you can decide what type of chocolate to use (I used Lindt’s salted caramel and white chocolate truffles).
Mouse is the perfect light dessert after a big meal or a great sweet treat to indulge in. This is a quick no-bake recipe and is made with only 3 ingredients.

Three Ingredient Mouse
Ingredients
- 500 ml Whipping cream
- 250 g Good quality chocolate You can choose the flavor
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Heat half of the cream and the chocolate over a double boiler until the chocolate has melted and add the vanilla. Do not let the cream boil.
- After removing the chocolate and cream mixture from the heat whisk in the remaining 250ml of cream.
- Place it in the fridge and allow it to cool for a few hours or overnight.
- Once completely cold, whip the mixture with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon into glasses. You can store this recipe for several days in the fridge (cover with cling wrap) or serve immediately
